Frequently Asked Questions

What types of auto glass do you replace?

We replace all types of auto glass, including windshields, side windows, rear windows, quarter glasses, and vent glasses for most vehicle makes and models.

Do you offer mobile service?

Yes! We offer fully mobile auto glass replacement services. Our technicians come to your home, workplace, or any location convenient for you within our service area — at no extra charge.

How long does a windshield replacement take?

Most windshield replacements take about 45-60 minutes. After installation, we recommend waiting at least half an hour before driving to allow the adhesive to cure properly.

Can you repair chips or cracks instead of replacing the windshield?

Yes, if the damage is minor (typically smaller than a Quarter), we may be able to repair it instead of replacing the entire windshield. We’ll assess the damage and recommend the safest option.

What if I don’t have insurance coverage for glass?

No problem. We offer competitive out-of-pocket pricing and will provide you with a free quote before any work begins.

Is there a warranty on your work?

Yes. We stand by our work with a lifetime warranty on workmanship and materials for as long as you own your vehicle. This includes protection against leaks, air noise, and installation-related issues.

How soon can you schedule my service?

We often offer next-day appointments depending on availability. Contact us to schedule your service at a time that works for you.

What should I do before your technician arrives?

Please park your vehicle in a safe, accessible location with enough space for the technician to work. If it’s raining, a covered area is necessary to ensure a clean and dry installation with proper adhesion.

What areas do you serve?

We provide mobile auto glass services throughout Calgary, Okotoks, and surrounding areas. Contact us to see if we cover your specific location.

Is aftermarket glass as good as original (OEM) glass?

We only use high-quality aftermarket glass that meets or exceeds OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) standards. Our suppliers follow strict safety and quality guidelines to ensure proper fit, durability, and performance. If you prefer OEM glass, we can source that as well—just let us know your preference when scheduling your service.
